this vintage cropped swiss dot top in the mail from wonderful etsy seller,
Rogue Retro - it was a steal at $6! I absolutely love it, but it's certainly one of those cases where I fell in love without really thinking it through. How does one style a see-through, cropped tank top anyway? I pass this puzzle onto you my friends!
How would you style it? With a high-waisted skirt? Over a longer tank? On top of nude negligee with patterned shorts?

I would style it with a high waisted pencil skirt that comes up just to where the cropped top falls so it looks like you have it tucked in! Then I'd pair with a super long cardi, statement necklace & some patent pumps :)
ReplyDeleteyup, just what claire said! I was at the beach last weekend and saw something similar worn over a bandeau bathing suit top and paired with some cute bikini bottoms...if you want to rock the rest of your body then it's certainly a cute look:)
ReplyDeleteI would wear a fun coloured bandeau or tube top underneath, a chambray shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and a cute pair of printed shorts! And some fun wedges/espadrilles ... or maybe those Bensimon shoes you recently got!
