Fresh Baked Scones & Boysenberry Jam
I have to say, I'm really not big on cooking, but I do love to bake. This isn't so great since it turns out I need to feed myself three times a day, but on this particular morning, I got to bake and create a filling meal all in one fell swoop. I made these delicious, traditional scones from the Stonewall Kitchen mix and they came out surprisingly well. I generally love making baked goods from scratch, but sometimes you just need to take a shortcut on a sleepy morning! To our treats, A and I added a smear of the Stonewall Kitchen boysenberry jam and we finished every last yummy bite. I highly recommend both products and luckily, you can grab your own at Target!
