This past week I tried my fall-loving hands at a pumpkin baking recipe: Pumpkin Pie Pops (minus the sticks!) from Miss Make. Instead of Jack-O-Lantern faces, I opted for heart cutouts that I carved out freehand with a paring knife. They came out lightly browned and with the perfect balance between the savory crust and sweet, spiced filling. In my opinion, these make the perfect two-bite fall dessert!
